The right side rises to a high neck and continues into a fitted long sleeve lined with vertical blue stones; the left shoulder stays bare. The skirt is built from long vertical strips of blue sequins over transparent mesh to the floor, edged with diamond-shaped blue crystals, with one side split very high.
